An annual report photograph has a short shelf life and a long audit trail. It goes into a document filed with SEBI, read by investors and auditors, and, increasingly, verified for authenticity under BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting) Core. We shoot with that audit trail in mind from the first frame.
Every image below was shot on location, in real programme conditions, with full consent and metadata documentation. No image on this page was created in post-production beyond basic colour correction.

The Brief: The assignment was to document factory work, leadership portraits, and CSR activities in different locations. These photos were used for the annual report and internal communication. The focus was on showing real work clearly and honestly.
Approach: We worked as a team on this project across factories and CSR locations. First, we understood each place, then we took photos. The focus was to show things as they are. Same clear and simple approach was followed for portraits, factory work, and field programmes.
