Overall, this process usually takes around 6–9 weeks. Once the shoot is confirmed, the first step is to decide which elements and locations to include in the film and the Annual Report. Based on this, the scope of work is developed.

If possible, a recce of the locations is conducted. If not, a detailed travel plan is prepared according to the shoot schedule and locations

For locations within 6-7 hours, we prefer to drive — it’s easier on the equipment, and a long drive often gives us time to think through the shoot properly. When the location is far enough that driving isn’t practical, we fly. Either way, the call is made with the camera gear’s safety in mind. Travel, stay, and local transport are billed at actuals. A daily per diem covers meals and incidentals. All of this is written into the scoping document before any shoot begins, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

DNG files (on request), high-resolution TIFF  (on request), print-ready JPEG, and web-optimised JPEG. All images come with basic captions and metadata.

For most CSR and AR assignments - for stills shoots, lead photographer + one assistant. Larger multi-location or motion shoots scale up to an 8-12 person crew. All associates are vetted; field-safety and confidentiality protocols are consistent.

Standard 70/30 — 70% advance against engagement, for ticket, equipment and other services booking. 30% on final delivery. GST applicable. We're registered under MSME, which supports statutory payment timelines.
